Service Update

Thank you for considering making a referral to Health in Mind. We wanted to let you know that once you make a referral we aim to be in contact with you within 20 working days to book an appointment if we are the best team to support you at this time. The wait time for first appointments with us is longer than expected currently due to an increased number of referrals to our service. This may feel disappointing and we want to assure you that we are doing what we can to reduce your wait where possible.
Once you submit your referral, using the online form, you will receive confirmation that it has been submitted.
If you don’t hear from Health in Mind within 20 working days, please email or call our admin team who are available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, except Bank Holidays so we can check the progress of your referral.
